Product features:

The double-layer stainless steel reactor operates by injecting high or low-temperature heat transfer media or coolant into the jacket between the layers. This allows for constant temperature heating and cooling of the materials inside the reactor, along with stirring functionality. The materials undergo reactions inside the reactor, with the ability to control evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution. Once the reaction is completed, the materials can be conveniently discharged through the bottom outlet.

The reactor supports high-temperature reactions (with a corresponding circulating oil bath system, reaching a maximum temperature of 200°C) and low-temperature reactions (with a corresponding low-temperature freezing liquid circulation system, reaching as low as -120°C). Additionally, a high-low temperature integrated circulation system can be configured, with temperatures ranging from -120°C to 300°C. Under a set temperature condition, the sealed glass reactor can carry out vacuum reactions or withstand positive pressure, making it an ideal piece of equipment for modern chemical processes, small-scale trials, pilot production, biopharmaceuticals, and new material synthesis.
