Product features:

– The glass is made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and can be used within a temperature range from high (250°C) to low (-80°C). It has excellent resistance to high temperatures, acids, alkalis, and corrosion.
– The reactor body is made of triple-layer glass, forming an inner and outer jacket. The inner jacket allows the circulation of hot or cold liquid, while the outer jacket is vacuum-sealed to maintain the temperature of the materials inside the reactor.
– The main support frame is constructed from corrosion-resistant, powder-coated square steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel, making it corrosion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, stable, aesthetically pleasing, and durable.
– The reactor lid is made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), which offers good sealing, corrosion resistance, and acid/alkali resistance.
– Both the reactor lid and components above the lid can be electrically lifted, and the reactor body can be manually rotated 150° to the left for easy cleaning and manual operation.
– The glass + PTFE discharge valve allows side discharge without liquid residue, making the recovery of solutions quick and efficient.
– After connecting the inlet and outlet ports of the jacket with stainless steel hoses, these can be fixed to the support frame and connected to external circulation pipes, reducing the pressure on the inlet and outlet ports and preventing damage to the glass jacket’s connection points.
– The low-speed torque motor, with variable frequency speed regulation, allows for fine-tuning via a rotary knob. The dual-display speed control box digitally displays the speed and the internal material temperature, offering stable performance and clear operational data for easy control.
– The stirring system uses ceramic bearings and mechanical seals, preventing wear debris from the stirring rod, and is resistant to high temperatures, wear, and provides good sealing.
– A PT100 temperature sensor, made of 304 stainless steel and encased in a transparent PTFE tube, provides double corrosion resistance.
– The vacuum pressure gauge provides real-time vacuum display with a pointer indicator.
– The crescent-type stirrer paddle is made from 304 stainless steel + PTFE, and the stirring rod is also made of 304 stainless steel encased in PTFE, offering high strength and strong corrosion resistance.
– The machine is equipped with Fuma caster wheels with brakes, allowing for easy movement and convenient operation.
– The stirrer and lift system are protected by a fuse, offering high safety performance.
