Product features:
- Adopting a heat-collecting heating method: The heated container is fully immersed in intense thermal radiation, making the heating speed three times faster than other flat-plate magnetic stirrers. The temperature is uniform, efficiency is high, and it is more suitable for heating reactions in spherical flasks.
- Motor and noise reduction: A high-power DC motor is used, which provides strong stirring torque and operates with low noise. Special stainless steel heating tubes are aged at 800°C for 24 hours, ensuring an insulation resistance of over 1000MΩ, making it safe and reliable for dry heating. The magnets used are the strongest “neodymium iron boron” permanent magnets, ensuring sufficient suction and torque.
- Rational structure design: The heat collection pot is made of high-quality stainless steel and pressed into shape, combined with specially designed heating tubes and high-temperature seals. It can be used for water baths, oil baths, or dry heating, which are among the product’s advantages. The heating part is isolated from the electrical box by a heat dissipation plate, ensuring that high-temperature stirring does not affect the machine’s electrical performance.
- DF-101B (Voltage-regulated temperature control): The heating part of this model controls the heating power by adjusting the voltage. For precise constant temperature control, an external thermocouple thermometer is required. This machine comes with a temperature probe socket.
- DF-101S (Smart digital display): Based on the DF-101B, this model adds a smart digital temperature display. The user can freely set the temperature, and the machine will automatically maintain the set temperature, making it more convenient and intuitive to use with higher temperature control accuracy.
- DF-101S (Separate heating pot model): To make the experiment process more convenient and simple, this model adds a feature where the heating pot can be detached and moved. The flat plate can also be used independently for heating and temperature-controlled reactions.
- DF-101D (Compact model): This is a smaller magnetic stirrer, designed for small-volume reaction experiments. It is a reduced-size version of the DF-101S, suitable for stirring reactions involving less than 500ml.
- DF-101T (Large-capacity model): This is a large-capacity, high-power stirrer developed by our company. It is suitable for special-purpose stirring, with custom stirring vessels of 5L, 10L, and 15L capacity.
