1L double glazed reactor

Double glazed reactor, also known as jacketed glass reactor, adopts high borosilicate glass and PTFE composite sealing, temperature resistance -120°C to +300°C, easily handles low-temperature crystallization to high-temperature synthesis. Equipped with adjustable speed stirring system (maximum 1350 rpm), and 5 customizable ports, supports continuous precise feeding, sampling and vacuum operation. Optional insulation jacket effectively reduces heat loss and condensation, optional spray cleaning device makes maintenance more relaxed. Specially designed for chemical and pharmaceutical small-scale trials and process development, ensures high reaction reproducibility, safe and reliable, significantly reduces later scale-up risks and costs.

1.Double Glazed Reactor What is it?

The double glazed reactor — also called double layer jacketed glass reactor or simply jacketed glass reactor — is one of the most commonly used temperature-controlled stirred reaction vessels in chemical, pharmaceutical, and fine chemical laboratories during the small-scale (lab-scale) testing phase. This 1L model uses high-borosilicate glass as the main body with a double-layer jacket structure. By circulating heating or cooling medium through the jacket, it enables precise temperature control of the reaction system. It is suitable for a wide variety of chemical processes including low-temperature, high-temperature, vacuum, reflux, and more.
