1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping;
- An incorrect product was delivered;
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Process

- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will confirm your eligibility for a return and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address.
- Return Shipping Costs & Customs Duties:
- For returns due to product defects or shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import taxes, if applicable.
- For returns due to other reasons (such as a change of mind), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred during the return process.
- Product Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Policy
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- The product is confirmed to have defects or damages;
- The incorrect product was shipped, and an exchange is not possible;
- Your order was canceled before shipment.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank. If there are delays due to shipping or inspection, we will notify you promptly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- The product has been opened or used;
- Items purchased from third-party sellers;
